Our pet cause at Dog House is raising money for Guide Dogs for the Blind, a charitable organization that provides guide dogs and training free of charge to the blind and visually impaired. Because this worthy group of dedicated individuals and devoted dogs receives no government funding, their programs to enhance the mobility and quality of life of thousands of people afflicted by blindness depend entirely upon private donations.
We have pledged our support to Guide Dogs for the Blind, donating a total of over $214,000 from 2005 through 2008 to directly fund their efforts. As the official wine of Guide Dogs for the Blind, our ongoing partnership continues.
